Shipping policy
All products on Gift Your Music are digital and delivered electronically no physical shipping is required.
Delivery Method
Once your order is completed, your custom song will be delivered directly to the email address provided at checkout. Please ensure your email is entered correctly when placing your order.
Delivery Time
We aim to deliver all songs within 10 hours of purchase. In rare cases of high demand or special requests, delivery may take up to 24 hours. If a delay occurs, we’ll notify you immediately via email.
File Format
Your song will be sent as an MP3 file (or WAV upon request).
Order Confirmation
After completing your purchase, you’ll receive an email confirmation including your order details. Once your custom track is ready, you’ll receive a second email with your download link or attached file.

Refunds or Replacements
Because all songs are custom made, we generally do not offer refunds once a song has been created and delivered. However, if there’s a technical issue or delivery error, please contact us and we’ll resolve it immediately.
